The rooms here are excellent and spacious, with a balcony, bathtub, and complimentary toiletries; the location is fantastic, situated in the safest part of the city near the marina making it convenient to reach any destination. 

Nice modern units with balconies. Stunning, great location in Lungomare Caracciolo district close to the historical seaside, bustling areas of Naples, and the harbor near the castle.

Great location in a safe area with shopping streets and a market nearby—perfect for exploring and picking up souvenirs. The restaurant had a nice view and served delicious hot dishes. 🍲

The Eurostars Hotel Excelsior is a luxurious hotel in a grand old building. The newly remodeled rooms are generously sized and feature hypoallergenic and down pillows. The breakfast offers warm and superb options like pastries, eggs, fruit, and bacon. Highly 

Excellent location in the old historic area, very close to all the major ports that connect Naples with Procida. Family-run restaurants within walking distance. - Warm and complimentary breakfast with a view of Capri. - Relaxing drinks available. 

The breakfast is warm and complimentary, offering a variety of delicious options like pastries, eggs, fruit, and bacon. The location of the hotel is perfect, allowing easy access to Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento, and the luxurious marina. 

Despite the faded decor, my room had a nice view of the sea and Vesuvius from the balcony. The staff were efficient and the location by the bay and marina felt safe. I would recommend this hotel for its value and 

It offers magnificent, incredible location. The units are newly remodelled, generous-sized.

Well-organised units with a magnificent view over the castle. Particularly good and fab location adjacent to Toledo, many hotels and restaurants in Naples and bars extremely lively until late at night, fast check-in. Besides, easy access to an islet fortress.  

The continental breakfast here was totally worth it, the location is unbeatable and stunning with a Royal palace and a fortress just a short walk away.
